	TECHNICAL DESCRIBTION OF MATERIALS USED FOR CUPS PRODUCTION

	1.CUPS IN EP SOFT AND EP STANDARD MATERIALS LAMINATED WITH CLIENT'S FABRICS: Before starting a production, it is necessary to do some samples to test clients' fabrics. It is, also, necessary to value if the model chosen by the client is realizable from big or small master, because the fabric consumtion is different.In fact, for cups cut from small master We have a production of 20 pairs per metre, while for cups cut from big master We have a production of 15 pairs per metre. The client has to supply us only bielastic fabrics on rolls of 145 cm. min.height.

	2. POLYETHYLENE FOAM CUPS: The polyethylene foam is laminated to nylon interlock - available also in standard type (more strong) and in soft type (more soft cups) available in all models. Polyethylene foam is appreciated for swimwear production, but Soft3mm. material is apreciate for corsetry and underwear. Soft material's thickness = 3mm.-3,5mm.-4mm. Standard material's thickness = 3,5mm.-2,5mm. Internal/External = nylon 6.6 (interlock). For sampling, it is possible to use customer's fabric laminated on one side with a minimum of 10 meters. It is possible to dye as client's sample our fabric with medium/high minimum quatitatives ( 3.000 pairs) + dyeing costs. White, black and skin are standard colours always available. Water-repellent material, dry very quickly, it doesen't became yellow and it doesen't transpire. Soft material is whiter than standard material. It is important to handle these materials with care. Codes used for materials identification: EP STANDARD/2,5-3,5 mm. = standard material/2,5-3,5 mm.(depending on foam thickness required from client) EP SOFT/3-3,5-4 mm. = soft material/3-3,5-4 mm. (depending on foam thickness required from client)

	3. EXTRA AND REVERSIBLE CUPS: Polyurethane foam laminated to polyester fabric. It is available in different thickness: from 1,5 mm. to 3 mm. (1,5 mm. thickness is called NORMAL). Internal/External: Polyester fabric. It is very difficult to used customer's fabric, because this kind of material is moulded over 200°. White, black and skin are standard colours always available. It is possible to produce special colours, but only using our fabrics and with a mininimum quantity of production of about 1.300 pairs + dyeing costs. Typical destination: underwear, but it is also very much used for swimwear. It is a transpirant material. Cups produced with this material are realized from master 400 (BASE 400). Special article has been studied for bras with light paddings. It is very soft and transpirant. Cups available in all models.

	4. CORSET-CORSEA CUPS: Polyurethane foam laminated with polyester fabric. They are cups with the same characteristics as EXTRA cups and with similar densities. Cups available in all models. White, black and skin are standard colours always available Corsea cups can replace EXTRA material; CORSET cups cannot replace it, because they are lighter density.

	5. MEMORY CUPS: Special polyurethane foam laminated with polyester fabric. Uniform thickness of 4 mm.- Available in all models, suitable for underwear and swimwear without minimum quantitatives. Characteristics: It takes shape with the body temperature - If bent, it returns perfectly to the original shape - it is very comfortable and soft when dressed. Internal/External: Polyester fabric. This material is similar to the EXTRA one. It is not always available in stock.

	6. CUPS WITH PUSH UP : They are realizable only with EXTRA material, usually in five sizes and in colours white, black and skin. These cups are available only in particular shapes not changeable.

	7. NET CUPS: Polyethylene laminated with jersey (F.S.) or interlock in nylon - rigid - cups available in all shapes. External/internal: nylon 6.6 - it is not possible to use client's fabrics. It is possible to realize cups with coloured fabrics, but minimum quantitatives are very high ( in value). White, black and skin are standard colours always available. Cups in this kind of material are very much used for swimwear; but it is possible to use them also for underwear by using lighter net laminated with a very soft interlock. Fabrics used are identified with the following codes: F.S. = "FILANCA STANDARD" - jersey material F.C. = "FILANCA COPRENTE" - interlock material To identify the thickness of the net, We use the follow coding: 0,6 = gr.600 0,7 = gr.700 0,8 = gr.800 0,9 = gr.900 1 = Kg.1 Finally, all cup cut models can be cut from point masters (BASE 300) or round masters (BASE 500).

	8. CLIENT'S FABRICS MOULDING: Bielastic fabrics are usually moulded, but it is always necessary to test client's materials before starting production. We usually realized samples with fabrics cut in squares of 25 cm. x 25 cm. Then, for production, We inform the customers about the exact measures in which they will have to cut the fabric. For production, the fabric can be moulded in: a) rectangular pieces, first moulded and then cut; b) pieces cut as client's model with a margin of 2 cm all around, that will be cut after moulding process; c) pieces cut as definite client's model with no margin cutting. Depth, diameter of moulding, exact model and other technical information will be agreed with the client
